Schedule makeups here.

Makeup classes are provided  'as available' as a courtesy and not a guarantee. We do not provide credits or refunds for missed classes. We do provide ample opportunity every week to makeup your missed class.  Parents are responsible for attending all classes offered. We try our best to make sure everyone has lots of opportunity for makeups but ultimately putting on classes each week is our responsiblity - coming to class is the responsiblity of the parents. Please come to the class you signed up for or make sure you schedule a makeup. Once a class is missed the ONLY option is scheduling a makeup online. If you try to come to 3 classes a week to get caught up for an illness, YOU CAN DO THAT! :) 

To mark future absences ----> Parent Portal --> Account Info Box --> Schedule Tab - here's the shortcut link: Mark Absent

Once there,  scroll down to the day you are going to be missing and mark yourself absent (blue clickable link all the way at the right).  

Once your absence is captured, it opens up the makeup opportunitieis below to choose from. Just select which one works.  

If you missed a day without marking in advance - no worries! Your teacher will mark you absent and you can schedule a makeup after your teacher marks you absent which might take up to 24 hrs.
